A new boat project for the International class ONE metro was born at the end of 2004, during the European Championship gone off in Arcos de La Frontera.

During this event the team met, as never happened before, a large number of hulls that, equipped in various ways, and  with the professionalism of helmsmen, took part of the sailing Regatta in a wonderful way.

There were patterns of boat coming from all the parts of the world: from Australia(DISCO), New Zeland (STEALTH), England (TOPIKO-IKONA-COCATOO-ISIS), without forgetting some wood and fibreglass  made patterns from Portugal, France, and Germany.

A new hull project, with different features from the others, could be enchanting.

The hull “EXTREME” was born from ever moving ideas.

By analysing the hulls in existence in this sail class, the environmental conditions of the various Regatta field, by holding in consideration these variables helped by mathematic models and by Cad systems, we found out a new project of boat that has various features like the extreme beam, and the wet surface that are much below norm.
